Shipping & Returns

RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, send an email to leonflyxe@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

Do not send your item back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn and unused
- Have all original tags still attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. You are also solely responsible for ensuring the item arrives back to us safely. FLYXE takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during a return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at leonflyxe@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before sending anything back.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return your original purchase (once accepted) and place a new separate order.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. The item must still meet all return conditions listed above: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at leonflyxe@gmail.com.
